• Specifications:
  be not less than 3.8 metres and not more than 8.5 metres in length;
  and be capable of carrying at least 3 persons and a person lying down on a stretcher;
  shall be capable of manoeuvring at speeds of at least 6 knots in calm water with 2 persons on board and maintaining a speed of 6 knots for a period of at least 2 hours;
  shall be fitted with an outboard engine having a maximum power of 10HP.
